Kayla Shepherd obtained her Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education at Middle Georgia State University as well as her Master's and Specialist degree in Early Childhood Education at Georgia Southwestern State University. 

Kayla Shepherd joined Langston Road Primary for the 2024-2025 school year. She has taught kindergarten for 8 years and first grade for 3 years. She is currently teaching first grade. She is married to her wonderful husband, Kenny and they have a son named Tripp. She enjoys vacationing at the beach, workout classes and anything monogrammed.
